Explore Downtown Des Moines by bike! Head to any B-Station in the city (there is one a few blocks from the building), purchase a 24 hour pass, select a bike and you're on your way! When you're finished, return your bike to any B-Station.
Explore the Greater Des Moines Botanical Garden, a vibrant, 7-acre public garden just a few minutes away. With beautiful design, restaurant options and several exhibits.
The Iowa Women of Achievement Bridge links the east and west sides of Downtown Des Moines. The bridge has two pathways - one for walkers or joggers and one for bicyclists. Lit by colorful, reflecting lights make this a beautiful site to see.
The Iowa State Capitol is beautiful and looks out over all of Downtown Des Moines from the East Village. Definitely worth a trip for a quick, FREE tour!

Des Moines Performing Arts Center is the place to be for live entertainment downtown. Several touring productions (Wicked, Hamilton, Lion King, etc.) have made an appearance. Less than a 5 minute walk!
The Iowa Cubs call Principal Park home. Some games have a fantastic fireworks display with the Downtown skyline as the backdrop... that can be seen from the building!
Stroll through the 4.4-acre Sculpture Park and see artwork from 22 of the world's most celebrated artists.
Three professional sports teams (basketball, hockey, & indoor football) call Wells Fargo Arena home. Also, several world-class entertainers have performed here such as Taylor Swift, The Eagles, Garth Brooks to name a few! Only a 15 minute walk, via
Wooly's is a live music venue just a few minutes away. After the show, you'll have plenty of options for entertainment and dining!
The Lauridsen Skatepark (the largest open park in the nation) is just across the river, less than 5 minutes away. This 88,000 square feet attraction will showcase Olympic caliber park and street courses and is truly a work of art.
The Iowa Tap Room: One Amazing Place! A beer hall-style setting with 99 taps of Iowa craft brews and American food favorites. Something for everyone!

Experience the hustle and bustle of Downtown Des Moines in your own private retreat overlooking it all!

Just inside the front door is the kitchen area that is fully stocked with a Keurig, pods, bottled water, toaster, plates, bowls, silverware, drinking glasses, wine glasses, utensils, pots/pans and more. Tons of storage in the closet areas in the entry area as well. There is also seating at the kitchen bar for meals, entertaining, working, etc.

The living room has soaring ceilings with huge windows that showcase downtown Des Moines (there are privacy shades as well). The sofa is cozy with a large coffee table, comfy pillows, extra blankets as well as a side chair and smart TV that is ready to go for your streaming accounts or use some of the included options! The sofa is a hide-a-bed as well. A pack n' play and high chair are available upon request.

Just off the main living area, you'll first find the bathroom that has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra towels, a hair dryer and more. This unit is situated at the end of the building, which offers a huge wall of windows in the bedroom, also with privacy/room darkening shades. The large, spacious closet has plenty of storage as well as a drying rack, ironing board, iron, laundry supplies and more.

While I love all pets, certain dog breeds are restricted (Staffordshire Terrier, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Akita, Rottweiler, Chow, Doberman Pinscher & Mastiff).
